Bliss White-Winged Scoter
This White-Winged Scoter was carved and painted by
Roswell Bliss(1887-1967)
Bliss of Stratford, Connecticut started making decoys in 1901 and produced over 2000. The paint is original. He was a friend of Ben Holmes and Charles "Shang" Wheeler.
