Gus was a lighthouse keeper and Maine’s most revered decoy maker. This decoy is a bold carving with an inlet head, carved eyes, and relief wing carving.

Origin: South Portland, ME., Circa: 1890-1900

Dimensions: W: 9" D: 17.5 long" H: 7.5"
Condition: In good old in-use repaint. This decoy was well used. There is a chip missing from the top of the tail.
